ad upload / Artwork proof
To upload your ad copy and images, you’ll need to make sure to include the month for the publication in which your ad will appear in the file name. If uploading revised ad copy and/or images make sure to include the revision number (i.e. caiazfullpagead_July.rev2.jpg) in the file name.
Please read the Print Ad Specifications Sheet prior to uploading files to ensure they meet the necessary print requirements.

artwork proof & revisions
CAI AZ takes pride in precision, but the final examination for accuracy is the advertisers responsibility. Before giving approval, please examine all proofs carefully for the accuracy of information presented as well as spelling, punctuation, numbers, graphics, colors and general layout. In the event that CAI AZ has miscommunicated regarding your advertisement, CAI AZ will be happy to provide a second proof free of charge. Thereafter, any further proofs will be billed at $50 minimum each.
If there is no response after the artwork deadline provided, CAI AZ will assume the latest artwork uploaded is approved. We cannot accept changes or approvals verbally. To submit changes, please email Kayte@cai-az.org.
By uploading your artwork, you acknowledge that you have read and understand ad upload and artwork proof policies. You have double-checked the attached artwork and/or proof for any and all errors. You understand that any revisions made after approval will be made at your expense.
