Who We Are
The CAI Arizona serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community associations in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area as well as the many thriving communities throughout central, northern, and southern Arizona. Members include condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations as well as those who provide services and products to associations.
The CAI Arizona Chapter, a nonprofit 501(c)(6) association incorporated in 1980, has nearly 900 members including over 200 businesses, more than 250 community volunteer leaders and over 350 community managers. The Chapter is one of 63 Community Associations Chapters worldwide and provides information, education and resources to all community association stakeholders.
CAI Arizona Chapter provides many educational courses including our educational luncheons and CAI’s nationally renowned “Board Leadership Development Workshop”. Contact the Chapter office or visit www.cai-az.org for more information on these and other opportunities.
CAI Arizona is the first source of information, education, and solutions for those living and working within Community Associations.
As the leading organization for community associations our mission is to provide resources, support to community association members, volunteers, and professionals through education, unified advocacy, and leadership development.
