The CAI Arizona Board is composed of seven (7) members which include: One (1) Homeowner Leader (board members/homeowner), two (2) Community Association Managers or Management Company CEO, two (2) Business Partners, and two (2) At-Large Members.

Current Open Board Positions

We are currently accepting applications for:

• Two (2) Business Partner Representatives (Phoenix/Northern Arizona Region)

Board members serve three-year terms. Any CAI Arizona member in good standing is eligible and encouraged to apply for an open position. 

Application Timeline

Applications for the 2027 Board of Directors are due by Wednesday, August 12, 2026. 

Applications are typically taken at the end of July and accepted through mid-August of each year for open positions.  All members are sent this announcement. If you have any questions, please contact Tracy at ced@cai-az.org

What is Required of Board Members?

• Set global policy, strategic direction, and procedure for the Chapter
• Attend regular Board meetings
• Serve as ambassadors for CAI Arizona
• Contribute to the success and stability of the Chapter
