Addition by Subtraction; efforts by out-of-state special interest groups to modify Arizona law and reduce available legal options

Can they really do that? Current attempts to circumvent the Arizona Legislature and create changes in Arizona law funded by out-of-state special interest groups and its impact on an Association’s ability to collect unpaid assessments through garnishment. This course will discuss the process and current efforts of a ballot initiative to change Arizona law that could significantly reduce an Association’s legal rights and ability to collect amounts owed through garnishment.
