It has been a while since I addressed the membership and so
much has happened these past few months.
The chapter is in its 45th year in Arizona. That is an amazing accomplishment, we were
formed seven years after the national office, and we are stronger than ever

Too often when a HOA management company learns the HOA board they work for has an issue
with them, it is too late to fix. The first and only indication usually comes in the form of a
certified letter stating your management company has been terminated due to one of your
