Service Providers:
We are looking for CAI Service Providers who have the skills, the resources and the desire to help transform a home that needs a front exterior makeover. We will strive to develop a plan that will create curb appeal that is appropriate for the home, the community and the needs and abilities of the homeowner.
If you feel that your company would be able to contribute to this project, please complete and sign the Application & Guidelines forms. Should we have more than one business partner that does the same type of work, we will hold a drawing to see who will participate. Those who do participate will be designated as Sponsors for the project and will have a representative on the Home Selection Committee.
To participate, you must agree to the guidelines set by CAI. You must agree to the terms and conditions prior to being selected. You must be willing to commit up to $2500 in materials should it be necessary. If the costs rise to an amount higher than this, you must be willing to assume those costs or agree to work in conjunction with another CAI Business Partner. You must also agree to complete the work in the timeframe established by Community Associations Institute Central Arizona Chapter and our Home Helpers Committee. The chapter will be providing volunteers to help offset labor costs. All Sponsors must me a member, in good standing, of the Central Arizona Chapter of Community Associations Institute.
As a Sponsor, you will receive recognition on all project print and electronic communication and in any advertising or media coverage. You will also be able to use the project, including photos & video, in your own advertising and marketing. As a Sponsor you will have the opportunity to have a representative on our Home Helpers Selection Committee, meaning you will have a say in who will be selected to receive the Curb Appeal Makeover.
To join the process, simply fill out Application & Guidelines forms, and submit them to the CAI Central Arizona office by August 20, 2007.
You will not be notified that CAI - Central Arizona Chapter has received your application and the Chapter is not responsible for lost applications.

Do you know a home that could use an exterior makeover? The Central Arizona Chapter is distributing Contest Applications for the CAI Home Helpers: Curb Appeal Makeover. We enourage you to be thinking about a home within an association that may need a little TLC. We are looking to find a home that needs and deserves the Makeover and we will strive to ensure the changes are appropriate for the home, the community and the needs and abilities of the homeowner.
