| One of the most valuable benefits of membership is a subscription to the quarterly Community Resource magazine. The Chapter’s most educational resource it is dedicated to providing quality, expert articles and information about the daily operations and issues community association managers and volunteers face. Community Resource has a circulation of more than 1000 organizations and a readership of several 1000 individuals. You can recieve a copy each quarter, by becoming a member of the Central Arizona Chapter of CAI.
