The 2008/2009 CAI Central Arizona Membership Directory is scheduled to be released mid June 2008. To ensure all our members are correctly listed, please take a moment to review the information currently in the Directory and ensure your contact information is correct. If it is correct, you do not need to do anything, and your information will be published as is. If there are corrections needed, please use the Update Information link for your membership category or contact the Chapter office at 602-347-8726 or .

To be included in the Directory and to receive a copy, you MUST be a member of the Central Arizona Chapter of CAI. These benefits, along with access to premium industry information, educational tools, marketing and networking opportunities, discounts on chapter events, national and local newsletters and magazines and the opportunity to earn premier industry designations, are just some of what you get as a member of the only national community association organization. Listings are handled differently for each of our membership groups. Please see below for information on your membership group and to learn more about advertising opportunities.
Board Members & Homeowners:
Board members and homeowners can be listed under "Community Associations" and/or "Individual Homeowners".
Community Managers:
Please remember that to be listed, a manager must have their own individual Community Manager Membership in CAI or be the designated representative for their company's Management Company Membership. Managers can be listed under "Community Associations" and/or "Professional Managers".
Management Companies:
Management companies are listed only under the "Management Company" category and can list their primary contact and up to two (2) additional employees. Annual Sponsors of the chapter may request additional listings. If your company is not an Annual Sponsor and would like additional listings, please contact the CAI Office for pricing or consider becoming an Annual Sponsor.
Business Partners:
Business Partners are listed under "Service Providers" and are then listed by category. Business Partners may list their primary contact and up to 5 additional associate members as well as selecting up to two (2) categories in which to be listed. If your company would prefer to be listed in a different category or would like us to add an additional category, please contact the Chapter office. Annual Sponsors of the chapter may request additional listings. If your company is not an Annual Sponsor and would like additional listings, please contact the CAI Office for pricing or consider becoming an Annual Sponsor.

Directory Advertising:
Please remember that we offer the chance to advertise in the Directory. This is one of the most affordable and effective marketing opportunities in the industry. The Directory is widely used and coveted and with the addition of the online, downloadable version, which is updated throughout the year, this is a must for Business Partners and Management Companies. All advertising must be pre-paid, and your company must have a current CAI membership.
