CAI's Home Helpers would like to encourage you or your organization to consider being a sponsor for CAI's Adopt-A-Library program.

Donate CAI publications to your local library or your local chapter! The Adopt-a-Library program allows sponsors to provide local community libraries or the Central Arizona Chapter with current CAI publications that address a wide variety of homeowner and association board concerns. The tax-deductible cost of the library is only $350; CAI's Foundation for Community Association Research underwrites the remainder. Through this program, the local library receives publications valued at more than $1,500.

The Adopt-a-Library program benefits the library, homeowners, and the library sponsor. The local library obtains a wide variety of publications to educate local homeowners about the latest industry trends and nuts-and-bolts approaches to community association living and management. Homeowners have access to these valuable publications, which provide options for addressing the important issues facing community associations.
